How to use this plan: Most days take 8–15 minutes. Listen to the chapter (or re-listen). Then speak aloud one sentence: “The main thing I saw about Jesus / the gospel today is ___.” On the weekly Practice day, record a 2–4 minute talk on your phone from a passage you already know. Week 1 – Gospel of Mark (chs 1–5)

Listen. Note how Jesus deals with sin, the Sabbath, and religious opposition.

Re-listen to Luke 24 or a favorite chapter. Speak a 90-second summary of Luke’s portrait of Jesus.

Record on the Emmaus road (Luke 24:13-35) or the cross (Luke 23:32-49). Emphasize how Jesus opens the Scriptures.
Week 8 – Gospel of John (chs 1–6)

Record 4–6 minutes on the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) or a passage that has most gripped you these 12 weeks. Celebrate finishing the Gospels.
After these 12 weeks: You will have heard the four Gospels in full (with strategic repeats). You will also have practiced turning Scripture into spoken words dozens of times — the essential skill of a preacher. Continue the same pattern into Acts and Romans when you are ready.
